Ok, I have wireless in my house. The router is a DLink Di634M. I have two computers that are wired. And I'm supposed to have two computers and one laptop wireless. Well the problem is that one of the computers(mine) can't connect to the router anymore. Before my computer would connect flawlessly. Now when I connect my computer either wont find the network, or finds the network but cannot connect. My computer (when connected) is in excellent range, so range shouldn't be the problem. Both my router and my wireless card(internal, Micorsoft MN-730) have the latest firmware. Both the laptop and the other computer are working fine. I've put the laptop right next to my wireless card and it still connects, but my computer does not. WHAT IS WRONG?! HELPPP!

sometimes when MS updates the firewall rules change. Check your firewall and run the network wizard again. You can also go into networks and do a repair attempt. Check cables and also make sure you don't have a browser hijack or spyware messing with you. There are various network repair programs out there for free....do a google. Check also for I.P conflict. And also, try to unplug the router and modem and plug'em back in after a minute or so. Try also to check your IE under tools, internet options, connections and go to LAN and make sure it automatically detects your settings. Also, try to connect only through windows update through the help and support link, it sometimes figures it out. Also, you can do a restore back to a time where it worked, backup your network settings, or write them down, undo the restore and then fill abck in the info or restore your network settings backup. That is all I can think of right now, good luck.
