Wireless Fun

It would seem that my brother's wireless router (d-link) with a dlink usb network adapter's internet conection (which are well within range of each other) intermidently disconnect quite a bit. anyone know what is going on? or has anyone saw this before?

Do they disconnect when he is online? Or does he come back from being away for a while, and finds it needs to reconnect? There also might be interference with other wireless products. My roomate cant use his phone next to his computer... Kinda funny when he gets a call and is play Counter Strike...
