Wireless Adapter Drops Signal

I have an Airnet wireless adapter on one of my computers and while surfing or something, it just drops the connection. Sometimes it repairs it's self, sometimes it doesn't. When it can't get back the signal, it usually says that it had trouble “renewing IP address”. I can fix it (at least temporarily), by restarting the router, but I know the router isn't the problem because it works fine for my laptop. Any Ideas?

It sounds as if you have got some sort of interference in the way. Maybe a microwave?
I suggest you buy an extention aerial for the router. I dunno about in america but in Australia they cost $15.
