I get 95 Mbps for my Internet. It took me about an hour to download and install.
Did you do this on a laptop or a desktop? Mine was a desktop. Mine was (Ethernet cable). Were you hardwired (Ethernet cable) or wireless?

Desktop and it is hardwired

Without knowing what your internet speed is and other things, hard to tell what the issue is. Windows 10 updates don't tell you how big they are in size.
