Hi, i just reset my computer and everything proceeded fine. I started my computer and it popped up: Required updates have to be done, or something like that. I turned of my computer and the updates started to install. It took about 2 hours and then i tried to start my computer. Everything seems to start alright but then it gets stuck on a black screen with a white flashing underscore. I turned of my computer by turning the power of because nothing else would work. I started my computer again and it get stuck on the same screen. I've waited for it halv an hour now but nothing happens! Pleese help!

Most likely a windows update has caused your pc to crash, its been known to happen and have seen it personally many times on machines that I have worked on. At this point if you can't access safe mode options then you will most likely have to reinstall windows. How old is your hard drive though? What operating system are we talking about here?
