how good is Windows 7 P does it have Backup or Restore
i going to buying new laptop for College i what up set backup or Restore
disc or Flash Drive i know most new laptop come with restore disc but
i what to set up all what i what on the computer and set up backup dics
so i what not have to reinstall all the programs i what on my computer
and what the best brand of Laptop
think of Hp or Dell there new brand out but i never use them so i don't
know about them
 
with windows 7 home premium you can set up backups and system restore points, but also you can create a whole system image so if you ever need to reformat you can load the image back in and your windows will be restored to how it was when you made the image with all your programs and updated intact.
 
im not in front of a Windows 7 machine at the moment but IIRC Start-> Control Panel -> some option near the top that may have said backup and restore center i did a fresh Windows 7 Pro 64 bit install a few days ago today i tested out the backup feature with no other software
installed on a 200 GB hard drive the backup (including disk image) took up about 16 GB on an external USB hard drive good luck in college i hope you study grammar
