Windows 2000 Sharing problem

I'm working on a small office network on with 4 computers and 3 printers. The main computer is called "frontdesk". When I try to connect to it from another computer(also windows 2000) I get "network name cannot be found" error. I can ping it and see it in my network places but still no go. I don't see a firewall, just an out of date Norton AntiVirus. I'm going to search on some of the processes to see if there is a hidden firewall.


Also, could IPSec to something like this? If so how to I disable it.
