will this work?

forgot to mention that its a laptop, i was wondering cause it doesnt say the requirements in terms of speed.

I have another question though, last time i bought one ( a few years ago), i couldnt connect it to my win xp home connection cause xp said it wasnt compatable with windows 95. I have a router now though, so should this work since im hooking it up via a router instead of a crossover between 2 comps?

you can network 2 computers, 1 using xp, one uing 95 by putting in the windows xp cd and go to extras and choose create a network. make shure you have the comps connected via a router weather it b wirless or not

2 problems there, first, the laptop doesnt have a cd drive, and i tried using the network startup disc that you make when u set up a connection, and it says its not compatible.
