Will the Alpenföhn CPU Cooler SELLA be fine for i5 750?

Hello everyone first time posting a thread and being a member here. English is not my mother tongue so i hope you understand what i say. So, in a couple of weeks time, i will probably buy a new CPU cooler and because i'm on a budget, i have to get the best bang for the buck CPU cooler cuz for some reason, on my local electronics shop there are no cheap CoolerMaster CPU coolers like it did last year (probs they went out of stock or they got rid of it from the shop, anyways) and the next "cheapest" CPU cooler was a liquid cooler lol and it was around 65 euros or so and it's way out of my budget. The Alpenföhn CPU Cooler SELLA is 27 euros and it fits right in my budget of 30 euros. Now my question is, will this cooler be fine for my i5 750? In terms of temps ofc, not for fittings. I looked at the reviews and i saw on the test bench that they used this cooler, the CPU which was an i7-4770k was max 55c when stressing the CPU which is incredible given that this cooler is only 27 euros and on that review they did an OC test as well to see how would the cooler hold up and surprisingly, the CPU was max 77c. So, what are you guys' opinion? Will this be better (it probably will) than my Intel stock cooler? And yea let's not talk about what temps i get with the stock cooler lol. I render my vids and it's above 90c so yea. Do not recommend me any other coolers, i just want an opinion if it's worth buying this specific one or not and if it will decrease the temps by around 25-30c or so, if not, then i will look for a better one.

If you want to know what kind of temps i get on various tasks i do, hear me out. Oh also bear in mind, i currently have my CPU OC'ed to 3.1GHz from 2.9GHz. If i remove the OC, there won't be a huge difference but without the OC, the temps are like 5-10c lower so no huge differences.
Idling, around 38-43c
CSGO everything low settings, 90-99c or so, yep, 90-99c on LOW settings even at winter times, imagine
Basic video watching on edge 1080p, around 45-55c
Video rendering on vegas pro 18, 90c or more
Idk what else to tell you. At summer times, oh boy f me, logging into Windows and letting Windows start all the services and software for a bit, instantly above 90c. At summer times i do not OC it because the idle temps are like 50c on a good day so yea. What are your thoughts, will this cooler decrease at least 25-30c? Or nah?

P.S: If you ask me why i did not search for CPU coolers in my other local electronics shops, it's because in a few days time, we will buy a new AC and we will recycle the broken AC that we have for 50 euros and that means that we will get like a 50 euros gift card and spend it on that specific shop and since my mom wants to buy something for herself from there that costs around 25 euros, that's literally our budget gone lol so yea. Thank you!

Did the fan die on your current cooler?

I wouldn't really put any more money into a first gen i5 build.

OK so, if you were in my shoes and you didn't have any money to upgrade your CPU but you could only buy a cheap cooler and you had some mad thermal issues, wouldn't you do anything about that? You would leave your CPU cooking everytime when gaming and throttling every second? I guess not. I've seen ppl buying these kind of coolers for their Intel 2 Quad Core CPUs that are from '07 and you're telling me to not put any more money for a 1st gen i5 that is from '09? Not mad or anything but what you said doesn't seem a right answer that everyone would give and it doesn't really stand.

To answer your question, ofc not, if my fan was dead, how would i record/edit, game and watch YT videos on a "dead" fan cooler? As if i gave you those stats (the second to last paragraph of the post) before the fan "died" lol. No CPU would really survive for an hour without a cooler on

It's gonna be a loooooong time when i upgrade my PC. Last time i put a new CPU was literally 4 years ago and no need to buy a new motherboard for a new CPU etc etc, i'm better off just buying the cooler if i'm being honest.

The temp would go up to 90-99c and the CPU would throttle, much like the behavior you're listing.

This is exactly what you are doing by continuing to use your PC in its current state.
thermal issues, wouldn't you do anything about that?
You could always dust it out or reapply thermal paste, check the fan for correct operation, identify any other airflow pieces in your case that might suck. Plenty of options for things you are too lazy to do.

OK first of all, the computer would be totally unusable without a cooler on it and it would shut down within minutes so let's get out of the way.
And what am i supposed to do? Have a working computer and not use it because it overheats and not do anything about it? I have to do something at somepoint and i will do it soon. And ya know, i have online classes to do and i want my computer for a reason soooo
Oi hear me out mate, you calling me lazy when you don't even know what i do to my computer so don't even talk when you don't have a clue what i do. I ain't a newbie in computers cuz i know waaaay too much stuff about computers at the age of 17 and i do everything you mentioned above not only that, but i do have a YT channel and it's a tutorials channel, if i was "lazy" as you say, my channel would not exist at this point lad.
Anyways, if you say you wouldn't spend money on a 1st gen i5 CPU, that's your opinion but i have reached my decision and i will buy it. I have asked on multiple sites and you're the only one that said to not buy it or in other words not put any more money. When i buy the cooler, if i remind myself, i will come here and give ya an update.

Being a smartass won't make you better donkey. Either way, your attitude as a "mod" is a joke let's get that straight and the fact that you didn't respond to everything else that i've written means you cba to talk and get the facts out of the way. Well if you don't believe me that i know a whole lot of stuff, your opinion mate, i do know a lot of stuff but you acting like a smartass.
And also, thanks for the help, your help was horrendous

I donated time to list out options for you, and you chose to insult me instead. Your questions were responded to before you chose to degenerate the conversation and antagonize me, while quoting your "vast amount of experience with computers".

But, with your infinite knowledge, despite not being able to troubleshoot simple thermal issues, you should be able to earn your way out of poverty and into a new computer. Best of luck mate.
