Will everything fit?

Corsair Carbide 300R Case
Asus Z97-K ATX Motherboard
i5-4690K CPU
Corsair Vengeance 8GB Ram

Old Stuff:

Noctua NH-D14 Air Cooler
120GB Samsung 840 Evo SSD
1TB Samsung HD753LJ
XFX Pro 750 PSU
Gigabyte GTX 670 2GB Windforce 3x

Can people also tell me if there is anything else I will need & things I need to be mindful of when I put everything together as apart from swapping out a GPU this will be the first time I have done anything like this.

Cable ties
Windows re install disk/usb
DVD drive if using dvd to re install windows
Motherboard drivers
Copy of Office key (if you have it and want to reinstall it)
