So this has been going on for a few months now but I can't seem to figure it out in the least.
The issue is when I am watching a movie at random times I get a clear bars in the middle of the screen for half a second then they go away. Its always in the direct middle of the MOVIE not the screen but where the movie itself is at.
The thing is if I make the movie small box smaller then my screen...it will only do it in the media player...I use k-lite codecs and I have tried other players all do it.
This never happens in video games or hulu.com (though it does happen on hulu when I navigate their "new" selection on the main screen the little arrows left/right)
So I thought at first it was my GPU causing the issue...but now I have a GTX 260 and it still does it.
Then I thought monitor and nope CRT did it too.
Then I thought corrupt installs/klite did a format and still does it.
My question is could my hard drive possibly in any form cause such a issue? I really can't test it.
I am at witts end here I can't think of any other issues other then possible monitor failure or a setting is off some where.
Any help would be appreciated...this is one of those non-life ending but horrible annoying situations.
