When Did The Ranks Change And Why?

I not been on here for a month and have noticed that the ranks have changed. I would like to know what the new ranks are as it says I'm at level 1 now as a byte member when I used to be a bronze member. Is there a list for a new ranks/levels and what they are? When did they change and why?

The Admins started implementing the new Ranking system earlier this month, The old ranking system had been in place for about 6 years, So we thought it would be a welcome change.
