What Would You Go For?

aye i'd be looking at the logitech too...

However I would suggest that if your only looking to spend around the £25 mark then i'd look at a 2.1 setup instead for now. It really depends if your in need of a 5.1 system, for that i'd suggest possible spending a little more.

I've got a 2.1 logitech setup here thats pretty damn good and i use it for gaming and watching movies

I thought the Logitech ones looked a little strange looking, The others get good reviews and such. I have a great Packard Bell 2.1 setup at the moment, they can be bought for £20 still.

I don't need 5.1, I just thought that it'd be a great thing to have, and the price isn't that bad, and I've had these speakers for maybe 4 years, I had them with my Socket A Compaq (before they became HP :P )
 
to be honest 5.1 at those prices just seems a bit too cheap to me, I know prices are coming down all the time but i'd be worried about the overall quality you would get.
 
The reviews said that they were great speakers, 57 people said that they were good and also worried about them being so cheap but didn't regret it...

I'd also put the speakers I have with my PC now on my TV for the PS2 and such...

Yeah, Valid point! Well, I think when I get them, after new brake pads, (£30! :eek:) I'll whack them up and see if you can here me in Chester, it aint that far :P
 
For me, blue is the way to go. I have two in my case, they are awesome at night (my case is clear lol). And for your case, i would have to say the same. Green can get really annoying but blue is a good background color.
