I have spent the last 18 months using computers properly but now I find my self at a stage where I do not know what to do with my time. I know all of HTML, CSS, JS/JQuery a lot of PHP and MySQL. I also now C++ and Java at intermediate levels but I find my self bored of those. What could I do with my time that is productive rather than what I do now which is play a lot of PC games. Any tips/ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Think of something you've always wanted to make (from a software perspective), and start a project. Put your skills to use. Have a browse around the Google Play/Apple Store, the Chrome Web App Store, etc. See what's already there, get some inspiration, and set out to make an innovative piece of software.

I'm 16 and producing websites for clients already, so there's money to be made there. Speak to some local businesses and see if they'd like a website being made. If you're reasonable with payment and come across well I'm sure they'd be happy for you to do something.

I'm also taking a Microsoft Qualification (MTA) in C# which I am doing through my school for free. See if your school can give you similar opportunities - if so it'd definitely be worthwhile and would put you in good stead for an IT career (if you're thinking about that).

Girls... eh if you like. They can be more hassle than they're worth. ;)

Of course, there's always your GCSEs to think about. Damn, better start revising for mine soon - GCSEs begin May 13th for me!
