On my wireless router i have WPA2 security and i made my own password. :) What type of security do you have and is your password automaticaly generated?

Well I don't have it setup because I live on 5 acres in the middle of nowhere :P plus I only have dial up internet going though it :P

WPA2 with a secure passkey tkip+aes encryption with three wireless clients and a nintendo wii on my wifi. No complaints, very secure, very stable.

i only have WEP, as it does the job, and stops random people from using my internet.

Yes if they really wanted to they could break it, but why would they, as i have nothing of importance on my network. There are so many open wireless networks around, and hackers are going to go for the easier options over any encryptions, so they wouldn't bother with mine.

because they could, though you are right. I have set up wpa security for some clients of mine in the past who are bit higher profile than other clients. Lawyers, Judges, Law enforcement, famous football players, etc they have sensitive data on their computers, or really want their privacy. The thing is, WEP and WPA take about the same amount of time to set up, so if your router supporst WPA and you are running WEP that just doesn't make much sense to me.

Otherwise hackers probably will not hack your wifi, unless someone is targeting you specifically

I only have MAC filtering, I should probably have more though.

Ya you should, because its so easy for people to find your MAC address and use it.

I dont have anything on mine, mainly because theres no one that lives close enough to be in range :P
