What new Audio Card?

So I have pretty much all the hardware upgrades I want to do but I am still using the onboard Audio. I would like to add an Audio Card that takes full advantage of my 5.1 surround sound. My budget for this card is going to be around $80, give or take a few dollars. What are your all recommendations?

Creative Labs X-Fi Titanium. I have one paired with a custom 2.1 speaker set up and its great. The features are great, although much of it is bloatware and I don't recommend installing most of the software but as far as the control panel, its great.

If you play lots of games with EAX, you might want a Creative card for that. OpenAL is good for restoring hardware audio to most games that supported it on windows xp. The xonar cards are really good in general as well, with some cards you can even change the op amps for better sound quality.

Ok, yes, but I wouldn't see the point in spending $30 on a low-end sound card. Won't be that much different, especially if you don't have decent speakers/headphones.

That's true. I wouldn't recommend $30 sound cards either. Better to put in $30 more and get a decent card.
