The ONLY VALID reason for ME to get a new case would be ONLY if my hardware DOES NOT FIT in my old case.Otherwise buying a new case is a waste of money lol.
I just don't understand why would anyone waste a lot of money on a case UNLESS if the reason is the one I wrote above.I mean...the way how the case looks like does not have any influence on the hardware's functionality.So if the LOOK is the reason then it's a waste of money lol.

It is the reason...
There are other reasons too, for example: improved airflow and improved cable management features, improved build quality and room for expansion which you mentioned and people do buy new cases to change the look of their machines too.
You could have an ATX case which all of your hardware fits in perfectly, but if it's badly built, has no cable management features, looks horrible, has no room for expansion and has poor airflow meaning your components are getting hot, then you'd probably want to buy a new case.

Well I DO NEED a case for something else however.It is not for a PC.It is for my UAC data device which I have finally finished.However when I say "case" I mean on a simple black box (made from wood or plastic) such as this:
I need that because I don't want all those damn wires on my UAC data device to be visible.I finally posted some pictures of my finished UAC data device here:

So as you can see...all power supplies,all hard drives,all fans,all USB adapters,all wires,all metal parts and everything else is completely visible.And I don't want that.I want to put the entire UAC data device in a black box so that it looks even cooler.
I already asked for advice where could I get OR make something like that in "Post A Pic Of Your Pc Here" thread,but nobody answered.

I've voted for case. The SSD is an older one and isn't even particularly fast if memory serves me correctly. Though I suppose with you being on a Socket 775 setup, a SATA 6GB/s SSD is pointless unless you are planning on upgrading your board and CPU. Like I said earlier you probably want at least 128GB too but I guess you could live with 60GB.
The game will get cheaper, wait until after Christmas and it will probably be cheaper.
EDIT: just seen the SSD is from about a year ago and is SATA 6GB/s. I must have been thinking of an older Kingston model with a similar name. Bear in mind with your board, it will only be running at 3GB/s. It seems like a pretty decent drive for the money but you mentioned earlier that you don't have a case, so I'd probably get a case over an SSD or FIFA 14.
