My CPU is around 22C when im doing a few small tasks (IE, multiple windows open, ect), but it's also really warm and humid in my room now. On the days when its around 65-70F in my room, my CPU idles around 18-20C.
 
My CPU idles around 40°C now(curse Texas heat). It used to idle around 34°C during the winter.

You're lucky that your room can be that cool. My room is currently at 80.4°F/26.9°C and sometimes goes up to 84°F.

Thats why i have an air conditioner :)
 
hmmmmmm my CPU is 49C at the moment :/ averages around 50C. Is this bad lol. Considering I have a zalman CNPS9500

the lowest i ever saw mine was 34°C. i thought it was so good! lol. Ussaly, at rest, its 39-40°C, while i do school on it 45°C, and when i watch a movie 50°C. The hottest it ever was was like 60°C, it was very hot, like 37°C in the shade, and i was doing school, i almsot back flip :eek:

I just checked mine and I'm at 37 cpu and 39 chipset. Usually it idles at around 40 cpu and 42/43 chipset but that's because we just moved my computer to my girlfriend's enclosed desk hutch/thing. Poor thing never gets any air but I talked her into buying a new desk that has an open stand for it to let it breathe.

Before we moved it though, and it was in the open air, I had it at 27-30 cpu with an AMD clawhammer core. I don't know what it'll do when I put in the venice in a few days.
