What do you say to a "Noob section"?

I've noticed a lot of basic questions over my past few months here. What do you guys think of maybe making a "Noob 101" section?

Yeah it would be cool to have one then all the basic computer questions can be separated from the advanced questions and keep things cleaner.

If the people asking these simple questions fail to use search then they won't read a thread answering simple questions. It's not that bad, simple questions are easy to answer and then you don't have to worry about it later. This forum is for the computer illiterate to get their specific questions answered by those that know better.
