Hi , i have an asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe motherboard and i was wondering what would be the best cpu to use whit it ? and one thing that mix me up, is an AM2+ an AM3 ??

its socket AM2+ so you can either use AM2+ or AM2 and this is the proc id put in it if it was down to me

Your board will support all the way up to the new Phenom II 965 C3 stepping with the latest bios.

It says that board is AM2+, AM3 is a new socket so you can't use an AM3 CPU
but there is a Phenom II for AM2+ =]

His board supports up to the Phenom II 965 AM3

AM3 processor run and are supported on 95% of AM2+ boards. AM3 processors ae backward compatible and have both DDR2 and DDR3 memory controllers.

But you cant put a AM2/+ processor in a AM3 board.
