What certifications should I get??

I am a Information Technologies/networking student. I am trying to get a job in the computer industry. I am having a hard time getting my foot in the door. I have 10 years of personal experience but no work or paper experience. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what certifications I should get fist to help me out getting a job??

Microsoft, Linux, networking, servers, hardware repair, virtualization, databases?

Depending on what you want to do is what you should get.

If you want a general path i would do .. in this order

Network+
MCSA
MCSE
CCNA
