What boxes to check in Ccleaner?

So in the past I have usually used disk cleanup to clean the system up. I have used Ccleaner before more to fix the registry but I was wondering when using Ccleaner to clean up your system if you guys just go with the default, you click on some additional boxes or have every option for where to clean selected? Thanks for any info.

Depends how thorough a clean you want to run, most are ticked by default I normally add start menu short cuts, error reports, event logs.

Thanks John, I will leave them default for the first cleaning and then I will look into the additional options to check.
