What are some decent speakers?

I'm looking for some nice speakers to listen to music and play games. I don't know which brand to go with or what to look for. Could you guys give me some advice? I'm just looking to spend $30-$40.

I have used and really liked these two. here is the comparison. I am currently using the logitech ones and they are great.

Logitech are good, i like the one with the ipod deck, it looks good.

I'd go for the X-240's. I've had nothing but good experience with logitech.
