Weird Noise

I have the X-530 speakers, and until recently, when no audio is playing, the speakers make like a transmitting noise. I cant really describe it.

They're on On-Board Audio, I updated the Driver last night, when I first heard the noise.



It stops after awhile, but is annoying.

Cell phone interference maybe! Nextel is really bad sometimes even when not even playing any music or anything.
 
Sounds like an earthing problem or something.... made sure all your connects are good???? and have you tried a different powerpoint???
 
If they're wired speakers, could Cell Phone interference still occur?

All the connections seem to be fine, I'll try a different power outlet.
