Webshots problem

Ok........im bored and thought i would follow up because i got nothing but time. Webshots, i bought this package for $20.00 in 1999. receipt says good as a lifetime member. i did not use much but do get wallpaper once in a while. i was only allowed maybe 3 or 5 pictures and said i have to purchase it. i emailed in the past and they said they updated the site to like enterprise or what ever. They did say since i was a member from the past they would give me the new edition for one year. ok, thats expired. I want my lifetime membership as the contract says. This is a followup. I want to beat this one.
Question is where do i start. who do i complain to.

Start with their customer service. Send them a photocopy/picture of the receipt and tell them that because that's what you bought, thats what you want to get.

After that I can't see much else to do. You could try some sort of market regulation watchdog and complain to them about it, or if your willing to over $20 sue them.
