Web Design and Flash Design needed in Central Ohio

Hello, I have just started a very small company and would like some website and flash design work. I'd prefer to work with someone directly though, rather than over the internet. What I am really looking for is a motivated student with some time on their hands in a desire to earn some extra cash.

I live in the Central Ohio area. Can anyone refer me to a forum that has any pages dedicated to specific locations? Any help at all in getting me in touch with student programmers in the Central Ohio area would be appreciated.

Try contacting local colleges in Ohio. They always have web design students looking for work.
