Watching in 3D

Hey guys,

I just got myself a 22 inch monitor, Full HD, and I was wondering if it's possible to watch movies in 3D? I have the black glasses that I got from the movie theatre, and I also have the Nvidia 3D update. I just have no idea how to make it work, if I can :).

Thanks for your help!

You need the special 3D monitor like samsung offers for example. And also I'm not sure if it has been updated yet but there is also an NVIDIA 3D setup that hooks up to the monitor for 3D.

And the 3D tv's i seen i was not impressed. Didn't do nothing.
And if i was to take it seriously would goto a store and see it.
It would have to stand tall and when i was a kid with paper glasses
it did. You would dodge and move.

And if you have a suggestion i will listen. I need something for the basement.

You can use the red and blue glasses for 3d on a non 3d monitor but it doesn't look nearly as good as Nvidia 3d vision.

Bottom line this year. I will scope them all and make a intelligent decision. I do like Sony and have others with Samsung that will work well. I will do the home work. Do i want it?
NO........Its for grand kids only. Wife and I don't care. HD only works for us.
Just more toys for the kids.

Well apparently today at the CES show Toshiba is unveiling a 3d tv that does not require glasses. Will probably cost about $4000.
