when i play a movie or a game the sound say this error
but when i restart the comptuer everything is fine but when i play a game or watch a movie it keeps happening

That sux. I get the very same message whenever I try to play music. My videos play just not the sound. I've tried system recovery, doesn't help. I'm completely clueless also. If you get any answers somewhere else please inform me if you get the chance. It sux:mad:
 
Go into contorl panel, sounds and audio devices, then audio devices. Make sure there sone in there. If there is, find new drivers for it. Thats my best guess, but im not a guru.
 
i am already on the latest driver so i dont think its the driver fault it may be the motherboard onboard sound:(
 
Start / Run / and type in "services.msc"

Scroll down to WINDOWS AUDIO and make sure it is set to automatic
