hello

got this erroe

warning hardware id is missing

than airgcfg.exe entry point not found

the procedure entry point apsgetinterfacecount could not be located in the dynamic link library wlanapi.dll



did a little research..went to device manager and it has yellow caution at cirrus logic pcic compatible pcmcia controller....



this happened when i tried to uninstall linkys wirless n notebook adapter from laptop which is dell latitude d610 with windows xp



dont know if i have to download some kind of software or driver

help would be great thanks

Well, you know when you uninstall some program, there are associating files that belong to some other programs. You can try to restore to a point before you started uninstall. Or you could try re-installing the lynksys program.
 
The*.dll file is available on the Linksys wireless client Utility. You can try reinstalling and uninstalling the Utility. Then update only the drivers for the card as the windows has WZC a wireless client within itself.
