WANTED: Socket AM2 Mobo

I'm looking for a motherboard with a Socket AM2 and 240pin DDR2 support.. preferably 4x 240pin, with at least 1 - 16x PCIe slot.

I'm not looking to spend a fortune, in fact.. if nothing else, I'll be picking up a budget board on newegg..

This is for a second PC, not for my rig.. but the specs are pretty close (see sig)

Offers?

whats the bounty on that thing? :)

Are you asking how much I'll spend?

If so, it depends on the board.. I'm trying to spend as little as possible to get a backbone in this other PC.. I may also have some trades to offer, if someone were interested in that.

The board will need to support;

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Socket AM2 cpu (89w)
2x 512MB 240pin DDR2 (one is 5300 one is 4200, it's what I have lying around)
40GB IDE HDD + 60GB IDE HDD
SATA would be nice, but not required.. if no SATA, I'd like 2 IDE channels with support for 4 devices total, or more.

I'll be running XP Home SP2 on it, and SP3 if/when it comes out.
