Wanted: Flash Drive for $8. Any offers?

Looking for a USB flash drive that is in decent condition new or used. I am willing to pay $8 for it as long as the $8 covers the shipping costs. I live in the mainland United States. 512 megabyte minimum storage space please. I would be willing to look at a 256 megabyte flash drive, but I will only offer $6 for it.

Anyone got anything they want to let go of?

Wow. No one has heard of Buy.com?

They are, imo, the only place to buy thumbdrives from.

If you haven't bought anything from Google Checkout, you get a $10 discount. Before discount, these are the average prices for Kingston thumbdrives:

1GB: $10 shipped
2GB: $13 shipped
4GB: $18 shipped

Take $10 off of that, and you have some cheap thumbdrives. They had a 2GB Kingston for $11 (in other words, $1), but I procrastinated and missed the deal. They always come back, though.

Flash drives have really come down in price lately. Maybe it's because I know where to shop :D

I got a SanDisk Cruzer Micro 256mb from Staples about two years ago - it was about $30.

No kidding!! I got a 2gb for $10 and I just say at tiger a 4gb for $16 which is really good!!

Shipping costs have gone up everywhere. At NewEgg.com they are charging at least $6 on most items. A few for around $5.50. Stupid Corn Subsidies.

check out meritline.com also, or dealextreme.com

those sites often have stuff really really cheap with free shipping.
