Wanted- DDR RAM, PCI sound card

DDR has a wide variety. Might want to expand on that as to what speed and what size dimms you are looking for. Also, if you plan on mixing brand names of memory, its not recommended as you could have compatibility issues between them. It's always recommended to use the same memory.
 
Also, I am also looking for a around 300-500W PSU. It's gotta have the 4pin CPU power, and a 20 pin MB plug. And 4-pin Molex.
 
If the PSU isn't going to be powering anything too much, I have a 450W kicking about somewhere, but it is a cheap one. I also have a Sound Blaster Live! 5.1. I'm in UK, so shippind might be a bit much, but they are sat here doing nothing, so for shipping only, they are yours :)
 
Do you think that would be enough to power a pentium 4 with 2 HDDs, a nvidia 6200 video cart, and a CD drive?
