Want to change Win11 boot order in ASRock B760 D5 board UEFI

Trying to get Windows 11 to change the boot order to allow booting to an optical drive but I'm not finding a boot setting that mentions CD/DVD/USB in the UEFI settings. Including a screenshot of the options under "Boot". I currently have an LG USB optical drive connected to a USB 3.0 port.

Anyone have any insights?
