it depend how much you like to spend,if you sai is over buget then you have limited money,to me save,i do not care how that look but how that work,you can get ryzen 7-9700x bunle fro microcente for $450,you paying that much for procesor.the case is not giving you beter performance,you cand use yours old or pick cheepest for $50,that is $500 you spending for this redy with power suply $1000,you can use yours power suply or pick for $70,i can coment on video card,i was thinking to use my old video card but i picked one for $70 they sel the same card difren places for $275.i do not kno what performance you need and how you mesure that,mine is redy overkill for 4 monitors,everithing brake at one point,i like to use averige i do not have to brag what i got,i care how that work for best price.if you know how to fix that go with average to save.i am going to upgrade 2 more same,around $1500 i will have 3 runing every day with 12 monitors. i prefer 3 for $1500 then one for $3000,if one brake two are runing and i can take time to fix them.
i am not teling you what to do.i am just thinkig loud.last winter i spend $4000 on fishing lures but i would not pay for one lure even $20.the averige lures are $7 to $10 if they have sale for $5 i buy 100,they will not spoil and they do not eat just laying on pile.now you know how my body operate.
Thanks for your explanation. I think I need a powerful GPU because I want to use it to do some rendering stuff, like Unreal Engine Animation and Cinematic. So, I will say I am more concerned about the GPU.
You are right about some points like using old parts to reduce the cost. I almost forgot I have some old components at home.
