vije deluxe 2.0m autofocus?

hi all
im new to the site. ive been looking for a web-cam with autofocus for a long time now. i did find two. one is the isight from apple for 300 bucks and the other is by savitmicro in korea. i read the specs on their site http://www.savitmicro.co.kr/2006E/imaging/vijedeluxe20.php and it seems to be a very nice web-cam. but i didn't see a price. i contacted them to see about ordering and they said i have to contact their distributor at www.mewziq.com. so i went there and apparently theyre not even a computer parts distributor. theyre a music company or a record label or something. but i did find the web-cam on e-produkts from the main page. they only have 30 in stock. they claim to be the only usa distributor. im trying to find out if anyone has ordered this or anything from this compnay. i guess theyre for real since i got the link from the company that makes the web-cam. but they dont have much else on their site. it sounds like a good web-cam but they want 160 bucks! can anyone shed some light on this web-cam or something? i just want to know if anyone else carries it or has it or anything. any info would be great.

I know nothing about that webcam, but if you want something really nice, why not just purchase a decent digital camera that also supports webcam. Quite a few can either act as a USB Mass-storage device or webcam by settings in the menu.
 
good point!

i never knew that digi-cams could be slaved like that. could you recommend something? i dont even know where to start. it just seemed that this other webcam would be good, because they claim it fully supports hi-def. but isnt 2mega-pixels really low quality? i dont know much about webcams, i still have a 20 dollar web-cam from wal-mart.
