I have a home video I made and I need to know how can I make a part of it slow motion?I also want to put a voice over on the part I do in slow motion.Any ideas on what program would work best?

Sony Vegas Pro (I use this one, still learning and it's really cool!)
Adobe Premiere (haven't used this but a lot people do)

Windows movie maker should be able to do that too, and it's preinstalled on your computer.

With Windows movie maker I can make the entire video in slow motion but not a part of it.
