I use Verizon.net. I cannot access E-Mails I am on Windows Vista.
When I attempt to log on; I get fios verizon which moves at a fast speed. I cannot stop the movement. Any sugggestions would be appreciated.
You are most likely infected with a bad browser addon. Are you using internet explorer? Boot to safe mode with networking and see if it still happens. You can download a different web browser as well such as pale moon, firefox or chrome.
