Usb stick into sd slot

Hi,

i can't find anywere adapter that let's you to plug ,let's say, usb memory stick 2gb in sd card slot.
I have sd slot on my tv but i don't have sd card. I vould like to watch movies that are on my usb stick.

So usb=sd slot=tv

is there such adapter?

Typically TV's can't do anymore than display pictures on them. I haven't seen one that can play movies off a flash drive yet.

I bought a new TV in the last month and when we were looking found that most played pics and videos from USB. Even the cheapy supermarket own brands.

To the OP, SD cards are dirt cheap now, and so are readers so you will be able to pick one up for under £15, or even £6!!! Don't know if adapters exist tbh.

Yeah, there's no slot like that that exists. Not that I know of anyway.
