USB Sound Problem

Here's what is happening, if I'm typing or moving mouse it will freeze for a couple seconds and then I hear the sound of a USB device being unplugged but there is not.
I've tried to switching ports but it still happens. I started noticing it this morning. It's getting irritating hearing that "da dump" sound.
I've used ccleaner, restarted computer, unplugged printer, flash drive and card reader, only things plugged in are mouse and keyboard.

Finally got around to getting another mouse and that fixed it, Thanks.
I've never had or heard of a mouse going bad until now, except the old style with the ball that would get all gunked up.
