Windows Live mail...? Should be the same as your MSN if you use that..... I think.

Go to Tools> Junk e-mail options> Blocked senders and add or remove them from the list.

I Thought the idea of blocked senders were to block them from getting on my computer.

I'm not too sure on that, just check that they are indeed block. I know that Windows mail isn't the best option for an e-mail client. Check out Thunderbird, I have had great success with them. HERE!
