Urgent Help Needed Please!!!!!!

Recently my computer has started acting weird. I try to open internet explorer or mozilla firefox but it just stops loading halfway through the process, also it wont let me sign into msn. I dont think its the internet connection because I can access online poker on the same computer and the other pc, laptop and my xbox all work fine online.

Ive tried various different things such as restarting my pc, restarting the internet connection and ive tried system restore but when I choose a date and try to use my computer from that date it says nothing has changed on my computer and the system restore was unsuccesful.

I need urgent help please!

Hello,

The first thing I would do is run a antivirus or spyware scanner. Something may have hijacked your browsers. Try Malwarebytes to start, its free.

Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall FF or IE?

Hi

I cant get internet explorer or firefox running to install or download anything again. I've ran virus and spyware scans but nothing has come up as of yet.
