Upgrade my Optiplex GX280 910GL graphics card?

I have a Dell Optiplex GX280 desktop and want to upgrade my graphics card:
Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family

To the following graphics card:
EVGA 01G-P3-N959-TR GeForce 9500 GT 1GB 128-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Will this work on my desktop and fit the PCI slot without any power adjustments (280W - standard) or do you recommend a different graphics card?

no it wont that cards has a recommended psu need of 350 watt so there is not guarantee it will work and if it will work for long, dell psus are not the best out there by quite a way you would have to upgrade your psu first, the system is however outdated so it may not be worth spending money on it.
