Unprotecting protected movies?

I downloaded a movie from Warner Brothers, and it is protected, and because of that, the computer will not let me put it on my Zune. i know there are programs out there that do this, but which is the best, and which are safe to use?

For use on personal computers only, it is not allowed to be modified or distributed. Removing copyright protection from the video is a violation of Warner Brothers intellectual property, as well as illegal under the DMCA.
