I'm gonna downlad the benchmark soon, in theory theres no reason it wont work with a DX10.1 GPU, although with no DX11 tesselation, and judging by how good it looks, its gonna run complete **** on my system :D


Apparently its backwards Compat with DX9, 10, 10.1 & native 11! Just dont try running it on your FX5200! :D

Now i can justify why i'm buying a 5770.

With tesellation, don't Ati cards already have have tesellation unints/processors already? (previous generation cards) I read somewhere that they put them on there even though they never got used.

Tesselation wont work on a ATI / NVIDIA 10/10.1 gpu. Don't know why. look into it its technical.


Theres a vid on youtube comparing the 2 with and without DX11 elements and tesselation.
 
i think everything pops out a bit too much with tesellation... those rocks would break your ankles. of course that's just a demo displaying what it can do.
 
Wow thats amazing, what im really impressed with is the grass and trees, no flicker whatsoever and the trees looks very realistic :)
