unable to access internet banking

hi all a "newbie" here, for the last 3 months i have been unable to access my internet banking account, i get to "customer log-in" it shows it is trying to access the site, but thats all that happens,i cannot get past this page, i have been told to delete my "cache files" i thought "crapcleaner" does this ?" also i was told i need to allow "cookies" for this site as that is probably the cause, how do i do this please, i can access every other site on the net, it is just this one, thanks Ken
 
Ok. Try a different browser and see if you are able to access your banking. Or try uninstalling firefox and then reinstalling it. I would suggest trying pale moon as its quicker then firefox. But is firefox based.
