tlarkin VIP Member Apr 2, 2010 #4 GRUB is the boot loader, how did you install the OS? Are you dual booting?
tlarkin VIP Member Apr 2, 2010 #7 Well it seems GRUB did not install right so it cannot select your partition correctly or something. If you boot of the CD and try to repair it, and when it asks you to configure GRUB see if you can reinstall or repair it as well.
