TV and INTERNET

If I download one of the "SATELITE TV TO PC" programs, and use an "EXTENDER" to rout the computer screen to a TV, is there any way possible to watch programs on the TV and access the internet on the pc at the same time?

Satellite TV to PC program? As in DirectTVtoPC? Do you have satellite service and a decoder already?

It sounds like you want to be able to watch satellite TV through your computer, display it on a TV, and on a second monitor attached to your computer, browse the internet, correct? Yes, that is possible, but please clarify your intentions. You will need a dual-headed video card and most likely a TV tuner or video capture card to do so. Or you can always use a SlingBox to send the video signal from your tuner to the PC in another room and then play it on a TV there. You will still need a dual-headed video card though.

encryption table is not available yet for the direct-tv smart card.
they have a site on the net that make the channels available for a small price. (im positive its not legal though).
