Trying to save some ram/speed help

I got a new Toshiba laptop, and I want to know which processes is ok to shut down during start up and stuff and which bloatware to un-install. Because I dont want to mess anything up. I have about 80 processes running and I think thats kinda high.

I'm sorry for the SCREENSHOTS I didnt get a chance to install photoshop so i could edit it. Can you please tell me which services to turn of and processes. And if anyone owns Toshiba maybe which bloatware
