I was playing GTA San Andreas tonight and I was playin the quarry missions. Those are pretty fun missions and I was on mission 6 where a dumper has spilled it's load of explosives on the train tracks.

I got through clearing the barrels off the tracks and thought I would park the bulldozer on the tracks to get crushed by the coming train. Its kinda funny to see stuff get smashed in that game.

Anyway, I had it almost parked it in place and I noticed the train coming and tried to get off the bulldozer, instead it plowed me over!

I never thought it moved that fast, it nearly made me knock my keyboard and mouse to the floor. I suppose I got involved in the game so much that it really freaked me out that a train was headed right for me , so damn fast I couldn't even move. I hate trains anyway, I cant stand stopping around train crossings.

But it made me laugh that I reacted so severely! Anyone ever had a reaction like mine while playing a game?
 
I jumped like a little school girl when the freaky dog-like zombies (the ones that move fast and jump far and move on all 4 legs and makes hideous noises) in half life 2 first came at me.

^ Yeah, me too. I'm not gonna lie, not too long ago, I used to play all day, when COD4 came out, damn that was fun.

But I haven't played in months now. Now I occasionally play Age of Mythology or Warcraft III

Haha, yeah same. I played it all the time and other games as well. For some reason, I lost interest in chronic gaming.
 
I game everyday, older titles though. Now that we are on a 2 month "vacation" from football I will have more time to shoot the breeze and play more often. Once August rolls around though..Good-bye video games:)
 
as for the poll on gaming...

I sometimes game when I should be ding other things. Like sometimes I will play GTA San Andreas or HALO 1 or 2 because I have to relax and not stress out.

I cant count the number of times I've been bewildered by some finance problem or a mathematical error. And playing around relaxed my mind so that I could solve the problem. I never got hooked on those games like WoW because there is NO END TO THEM! They just keep going. That drives me nuts, I want to see and ending, and completion point. That way i can work toward something.
 
I frequently throw off more important things to game, like last night I played 11 hours of BF2, BF2:SF, COD4, and CSS instead of writing my english assignment (which is due at the end of the class I'm in now!), and instead of going riding with mates. lololol
