Toshiba Satellite C660-220 poor speaker quality

Hello,

I bought this new laptop and the speaker quality is very poor.
It sounds like an old radio or just bad quality sound through a tube.
I updated the Realtek HD audio drivers to the latest version.
Using headphones improves the audio to actual high quality.

Does anyone one have any ideas to improve sound quality?

Probably have bad speakers. If you just bought it, take it back for a replacement.
